Please note that if you have several customs declarations that you think are incorrect, you need to submit an application for each import declaration.

My goods have been returned to the consignor

I have paid VAT for a gift

I forgot personal property while travelling and have had it sent from abroad.

I believe that my goods are declared incorrectly, e.g. incorrect value, incorrect commodity code or other

I have paid fees for a product that was purchased in the EU

When applying on behalf of another, you need a power of attorney from the person you represent to act in their name.

You can not sign on with BankID / Mobile BankID if you are applying for someone else. In that case, you have to send your application to Swedish Customs by mail.

Enclose documents that confirm what you have described, and remember to enclose a power of attorney in the envelope if you are applying for someone else.
